"Not sure it held up like it should’ve"
I bought a camp chair and a small cooler from Anaconda online. Delivery was fine, no real complaints there.
It’s just that after maybe two weekends of use, the chair fabric started fraying, and one of the legs already feels a bit loose. The cooler lid also doesn’t seem to close as firmly as it did at the start, which is a bit disappointing.
I don’t know, maybe I just got a dud batch or something, but for the price I expected them to last longer. I’d probably think twice before buying their own brand gear again

"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
The instructions were confusing. I spent way longer than I expected just trying to figure out the steps, and it kind of felt like I was being passed around without a clear answer. Once I pieced it together, it was fine, but getting there was frustrating.

"Product page had the wrong info"
The product page said one thing, but what I got was something else. The size was off, the specs were off, just not what was listed. Annoying, honestly. I had to return it and spend time dealing with the return, which was just a waste of time.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and the filters definitely helped. Some of the results still felt a little messy or not quite right, but overall it worked better than I expected.
"Store felt kind of messy and neglected"
I stopped in just to have a quick look around, and I got mixed signals from the place. The products seemed fine, but the store itself felt a bit all over the place, with stuff on the floor in some aisles and shelves that were either half empty or just messy.
It wasn’t awful or anything, which is why it was a little frustrating. You can tell there’s decent stuff to buy, but it’s hard to enjoy browsing when the store doesn’t feel clean or looked after. I just wish it was more organized.
"Sizing was seriously frustrating"
I ordered a few clothing items from Anaconda, the sizing was all over the place. I got two shirts in the same size, one was way too tight and the other felt massive. The pants didn’t fit properly either and just sat weird. It’s so frustrating when you order your usual size and still have no idea what’s going to show up. I was really disappointed because I wanted these items to work out, but I don’t think I’ll risk buying clothes online from them again.

"Pretty reliable for camping and fishing gear"
I’ve bought a fair bit of camping and fishing gear from Anaconda and they’re usually good for the basics, like the stuff you actually need, plus I always seem to end up spotting a few extra bits I didn’t even think about until I’m scrolling through or walking around the store, although every now and then the size or colour I want is missing online which can be a little frustrating. Overall though, the range is solid and I haven’t had any major dramas ordering from them.

"Easy enough and I’d order again"
I ordered a few camping bits online and the whole process was straightforward. The confirmation came through quickly, and the tracking worked without any issues. Delivery did take one day longer than the original estimate, but everything arrived well packed and in good condition. Overall, not perfect, but I was happy with it and I’d use them again.
"Kinda overpriced for what it is"
I don’t know, the prices just felt way too high to me for the quality you’re getting. Even the sale items didn’t really seem like a deal, which is weird because if something is on sale I feel like it should automatically feel worth it. Maybe I just expected better, but I left feeling like most of it was still overpriced.

Overall, I’m glad I used the member deals because they actually helped me save a little. The checkout process was easy enough, and the emails haven’t been too annoying, which I appreciate. Solid experience so far

"Checkout was quick and fair"
The checkout process was smooth. The line moved fast, everyone seemed to be helped in order, and I paid and was out the door within a few minutes. Can’t really ask for much more than that
"Packed fine"
My order showed up packaged well. The box had a little dent in it, but everything inside was totally fine and nothing was broken. Overall I’m happy with it, though I do wish they used a little less plastic. Anyway.

"I was trying to shop for camping..."
I was trying to shop for camping gear and just kept getting lost on the site. The menus feel all over the place, filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way, and even using the back button got frustrating after a while. I figured maybe customer support could point me in the right direction, but it felt like I was just being passed around with no one really taking ownership of the problem. For a store this big, finding basic stuff should be a lot easier.

"Gift card was a hassle online"
I got a gift card and figured using it online would be straightforward, but the checkout had other plans. It kept throwing errors, and the voucher code section wasn’t exactly clear, so I had to mess around with it a few times and still wasn’t totally sure it had gone through properly.
The staff were helpful when I went in store, so no complaints there. It just sort of defeats the purpose when a gift card should be easy to use online. The products are good, but the gift card payment setup definitely needs a smoother process.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered from Anaconda Stores thinking it would show up in a few days, which was clearly very optimistic of me. The tracking barely changed, the delivery date kept shifting, and I was basically left guessing whether my order was on the way or taking a scenic holiday.
It eventually arrived much later than expected, and customer service just sent the usual basic replies that didn’t really help. This isn’t the first time delivery has been slow either, so I definitely wouldn’t order online again if I actually needed something by a certain date

I grabbed a few camping things from Anaconda and, yeah, some of it was okay, but a couple of items really let me down. The tent pegs bent way too easily, and the jacket started letting water through in steady rain. I don’t know, it just gave me a bad feeling when I actually needed the gear to hold up outside.

"Easy pickup, just a small wait"
I ordered online the night before and picked it up the next day on my lunch break. The staff found my order quickly, which was nice, but I did end up standing at the counter for a few minutes while they sorted something out. Not a big deal though. I had my coffee with me, so it wasn’t too annoying. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d do it again.

"Decent deals, but the texts are a bit much haha"
I do like Anaconda, and the emails sometimes have good deals. But the marketing can feel like a lot haha. I signed up for offers, and now I get both emails and SMS regularly. Some are actually useful, but others feel kind of repetitive or just not really relevant to me. It also wasn’t super obvious how to unsubscribe from the texts at first. Not a terrible experience or anything, I just wish it was a little less pushy.
